THE FARMHOUSE
The Farmhouse is a very light and spacious 3 bedroom family home.  Downstairs there is a
very large (72M2) open plan area consisting of fabulous kitchen with superb electric range
cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave. (Please note: The dogs shown in the
kitchen photograph do not come with the house!) The lounge/dining area has a large dining
table, comfortable leather seating, TV with English channels and DVD player.  There is a
feature fireplace with a wood burning stove.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and large family bathroom.  Bedroom 1 is a very large family
bedroom with double bed and a single bed (there is plenty of space to put another single bed in this
room if requiered) Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both twin bedded rooms.  The fully tiled family bathroom
consists of full shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet and vanity unit
The large south facing patio to the farmhouse is fully enclosed with a gated
entrance and has outside table & chairs; sun canopy & BBQ

Changeover days for the Farmhouse are on a Sunday.
